Systems and numbers, sorted, for shops, studios, and workshops

Finally understand
your systems.

Get a handle on your numbers and untangle your systems, by digging in together and building a plan to fix what's not working.

Six months from now.

It's Saturday morning and you're at the wheel (or the loom, or with a customer, or wherever you actually want to be) instead of on your phone.

It's Tuesday, you open just one app instead of four to know if last week worked for you. Then a wholesale inquiry comes in, and because you know your margins off the top of your head, saying yes (or no, honestly) takes ten seconds instead of a spiral and a text to your bestie (been there, done that).

It's Friday night and the workshop that used to fill by luck, word of mouth, and a little bit of prayer filled itself, because there's a system doing the work you used to do, one DM at a time, at 11pm, from your bed.

The business doesn't need less of you. It just stopped needing you for everything. You still made the thing, you just stopped being the only thing holding it together.

You can't fix what you can't see.

Nobody ever handed you a way to see what's happening in your business day to day, so you're making decisions on gut feeling: what's working, where your customers come from, whether that Instagram post did anything at all. It's a visibility problem, and it's fixable.

01

You love your work. The business side is another story.

02

You have customers, you just can't tell whether they found you on Instagram, word of mouth, or that craft fair in March.

03

You've been putting out fires so long, growing feels like a distant idea.

04

You have a website. Maybe social. You're not sure any of it is doing much.

05

You want someone in it with you, not standing over you with a clipboard.

If you're nodding at any of this, you already know what's missing.

Hi! I'm Alyssa,
your studio's
biggest advocate.

I love digging into the back end of a small creative business until I find what's actually costing you time or money, then building something simple enough that you'll actually use it. No jargon, no judgment, just answers.

That's the gap I built Warp & Weft to close.

When I'm not doing that, I'm elbow-deep in clay at the pottery studio, running my 3D printer into the ground, or negotiating with my dog about what counts as a reasonable time for a walk.

I've spent a decade building sales teams and the systems behind them, so when your business feels like it's held together with sticky notes and good intentions, that's familiar territory for me.

The people I work best with started this because they loved making something, and somewhere along the way the business side crept in and started drowning that out. Sound familiar? Keep scrolling — here's how we work together.

Patterns
What I find
Recognizing what's working in your studio before you can see it yourself, and catching patterns in your wholesale orders, class sign-ups, or online sales you'd otherwise miss.
Systems
What you get
Real infrastructure: processes that make sense, analytics you can actually read, and a roadmap you can act on.
Empowered
How you feel
You stop guessing whether it's working. You know the number (and why!), and the big decisions stop keeping you up at night.

A process built for clarity.

01
The Audit

I don't touch a single recommendation until I know what's actually going on — I've seen too many quick fixes solve the wrong problem. We start by getting a complete picture: your Instagram and Etsy analytics, your website traffic, your wholesale and retail numbers, and how customers actually find you. I dig through all of it so we know exactly what's happening before we decide what to do about it.

02
The Report

I compile my findings into a full written report with prioritized recommendations, written in plain language, not jargon you need a decoder for. Then we sit down together and walk through it: here's what's working, here's what isn't, and here's the path forward.

03
The Plan

Take the roadmap and run with it yourself, or bring me in to execute the first 90 days for you, whatever fits your time, energy, and budget right now. After that, we can talk about what ongoing support looks like. You decide what's right for your business.

Ready to finally
understand
your studio?

Tell me a little about where you are and what feels most stuck. I read every message personally and I'll be in touch within a few days. Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute call: no pitch, just a conversation to see where you're at and whether I can help. Nothing costs anything until we both agree it's a fit.
